Available Security Rights

The following table contains all of the security rights that can be assigned to a Role or user in ATS Security. If a right is unavailable to a user then, in most cases, the controls are visible but will be inaccessible.

Data Collect

Name	Description
DataCollect_AuditUser	Use stations set in Audit mode.
DataCollect_ChecklistImages	Associate images to a checklist question and markup the images.
DataCollect_ChecklistAnswer	Answer checklist questions.
DataCollect_ChecklistModify	Change checklist answers and add or edit comments. You can still attach images when this is disabled. Please note: the user can modify or reset their own answers even if they do not have the right. The modification can happen during the same inspection as well as during any following inspection as long as this user is the last one who modified the answer.
DataCollect_DefectImages	Associate images to a defect and markup the images.
DataCollect_DefectAdd	Add defects to a unit.
DataCollect_DefectModify	Modify defects. If this is disabled you will not be able to modify any defects, regardless of the setting of Defect Modify Other.
DataCollect_DefectModifyOther	Modify defects entered by other people. Defect Modify must also be enabled for this to work.
DataCollect_DefectRemove	Remove defects from a unit. If this is disabled you will not be able to modify any defects, regardless of the setting of Defect Remove Other.
DataCollect_DefectRemoveOther	Remove defects created by other people. Defect Remove must also be enabled for this to work.
DataCollect_DefectRemoveOtherRepaired	Remove defects repaired by other people. Defect Remove must also be enabled for this to work.
DataCollect_Login	Login to Data Collect.

DataCollect_RepairImages	Associate images to a repair and markup the images.
DataCollect_RepairAdd	Repair defects. If this is disabled you will not be able to modify any defects, regardless of the setting of Repair Add - Other.

DataCollect_RepairReset	Resets a confirmed repair back to it's unconfirmed state.

DataCollect_ViewInspect	See the “Views” in Data Collect. Useful if, for example, you want some users to just answer a checklist.
DataCollect_Defect_SetRootCause	Set a Root Cause for a defect.
